LTD «CENTRREZERVUARSERVIS» performs the installation of tanks by the method of rolling. The volume of tanks with this assembly method reaches 10,000 cubic meters (with larger volumes of the tank, the thickness of the metal does not allow twist the steel construction into a roll).
Elements of the tank: bottom, shell, roof are made in the workshop. Welded joints are made by automatic welding with subsequent quality control (visual, ultrasonic, x-ray control). This allows us to guarantee high quality and reliability of steel construction. Also, the roll method allows to reduce the construction time of the tank.
The material for vertical tanks, as a rule, is S255 steel plate. Steel plate S355 is used to reduce the thickness of the lower tank ring. If necessary, it is possible to manufacture the bottom and roof of the tank at the installation site. This option is determined by economic factors, the parameters of the construction site, the wishes of the customer.
Before mounting the tank, it is necessary to prepare the foundation on which the tank is to be installed. The type of foundation determines the tank design based on the geological survey. Next, a hydrophobic layer is prepared: sand, oil, on which the bottom of the tank is installed.
After the installation of the bottom, a shell roll is installed vertically on it, which is unfolded and welded to the edge of the bottom, after the end of the unfolding of the shell roll, a vertical assembly seam is welded. After that, the roof of the tank is installed. Depending on the type of tank, the necessary hatches, branch pipes, stairs, attachments are installed. Upon completion of the installation, the tank is tested in accordance with the design and normative documents. Upon completion of welding work, begin to apply an anti-corrosion coating.
