Construction and reconstruction of storagess of liquid mineral fertilizers
The main objective of farmers is to get high yields of crops. The question arises: How can I provide? Unequivocally to answer this question is not possible, so as to achieve its objectives, farmers must comply with a rather extensive range of activities including agronomic, agrochemical and biological activities.
Among the factors positively affecting the growth of productivity is to increase the culture of agriculture. In turn culture farming involves the use of more efficient fertilizers. One of these fertilizers is carbamide-ammonia mixture. Compared with other fertilizers carbamide-ammonia mixture has numerous advantages. These advantages include: the possibility of application in all climate zones, in the process of making the whole vegetation period, rapid penetration into the soil, the possibility of a mixture with other liquid fertilizers and pesticides, as compared with granular fertilizers carbamide-ammonia mixture has a lower cost. And this is not a complete list of advantages of carbamide-ammonia mixture.
Not surprisingly, the presence of such a number of advantages, carbamide-ammonia mixture consumption has a stable growth trend. Back in 2015-2016 years, carbamide-ammonia mixture consumed about 500-600 thousand tons per year, already in 2019 consumption amounted to 1 million tons, and in 2020 year - 1.024 million tons. By 2025, analysts suggest that this figure could reach 1.5 million tons.
Naturally, with such a growth of consumption of liquid mineral fertilizers, it is necessary to solve the problem of storage. To date, the company engaged in storage and sale of liquid mineral fertilizers are not ready to fully meet the needs of its customers. The reason for this is that the existing liquid fertilizer stocks have insufficient volumes to fully meet the demand of agricultural producers of mineral fertilizers. In addition, the technical condition of storage tanks for liquid fertilizer is poor. As a rule, most of these tanks operated for more than 20 years old and requires major repairs. Basically it is the first replacement of the bottom and first shell ring.
The company "CENTRREZERVUARSERVIS" successfully solves the issues of construction and reconstruction of warehouses for liquid mineral fertilizers. A lot of enterprises of the agrarian complex of Ukraine has had the opportunity to be convinced of this. Works were carried out on the construction and expansion of warehouses for liquid mineral fertilizers at such enterprises that receive, store and dispense carbamide-ammonia mixture. These are: "Khmelnitsk-Mlyn" LLC, "Hanse Agri Ukraina" LLC, "Industrial Group "Agrarnik" LLC, "Agrokhimprodukt" LLC, "Agro-Market" LLC. Our specialists manufactured and installed hundreds carbamide-ammonia mixture tanks with a capacity from 700 m3 to 300 m3. each. The works were performed in the complex - from the foundation and finishing painting the finished tank. It should be noted that all tanks were made directly in our own workshop.
To date, in addition to the work already completed, negotiations are underway on the construction of new warehouses for liquid mineral fertilizers with a total volume of hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.
